Perfectly situated for a great family stay

The mercure is situated in a good spot and walking distance to shops and aquatic center. The parking is good, the rooms are clean and tidy and spacious. The downside is the shower. They definitely need fixing, it's extremely noisy and rattling and hard to get the proper temperature. Staff at reception and in the restaurant could be warmer and more welcoming.

I had previously booked my stay plus night at Mercure Wagga Wagga for the 31 August 2024. When my wife and I arrived at the Mercure Wagga Wagga motel just after lunch time on the 31 August 2024, the motel reception staff advised that they no longer cater for stay plus nights. So instead of a free night it cost me $181.51 for the night. The staff tried calling Accor with no luck, I tried calling Accor with no luck, so on the Monday when someone was able to answer the phone, it was all too late. $181.51 down the drain. Extremely disappointing. Staff did not know what to do to help me.

First time staying at Mercure Wagga Wagga. Staff were professional and friendly. I arrived after dark and they were so helpful. The room was pretty standard, but what a comfy bed! I had an awesome sleep before continuing my roadtrip the next day.

A pleasant upgrade and of to a good start for our weekend away it sure was nice room ,ashame bathroom didn't get a clean A bit disappointing as a platinum member wasnt recognised at breakfast And had trouble with cooking sunnyside up eggs, But lovely spot
