Pathetic customer service. I went to Goa along with my wife and a daughter. We were given a room where flush was not working. Staff is not supportive at all. Even after multiple requests, nobody carried our luggage while checking out. We carried luggage on our own to the taxi. Overall, please avoid going to this hotel

Room was good , clean Service was poor Reception denied to give two keys, the person at reception (Mr Adab) explained me that if another key is issued , first key will be de activated. Restaurant experience was also bad. The head chef (sardar ji) was always shouting on his staffs. People were touching foods with bare hand and keeping it back. No hygeine was maintained . The lady with scarf at kids activity area was discussing about religion and cast with my kid. Checkin experience was also bad

Service of this hotel is really good. Hospitality is awesome Room is clean and comfortable Food quality is good Ambience is Nice Checkin and checkout was on time Swimming pool size is quite large and hotel has many activities to do in there hotel campus. Overall very nice stay to have with family or friends.
