직원들이 모두 친절하고, 리조트 위치도 좋았고, 가격대비 세식구 만족한 시간을 보냈습니다. 수영장도 리조트 앞에 있는 바다도 너무 좋았어요. 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은..리조트에 2시 10분쯤에 도착했어요. 방 정리가 덜 되었다고 20분정도 기다려달라고 해서 알겠다고 했는데..20분이 지나도 별 안내가 없어서 계속 기다리다 40분쯤 데스크 갔더니, 그제서야 방키를 주더라구요. 조금 빠른 체크인 감사했지만.. 20분쯤 기다리다 다시 데스크로 오라고 안내를 해주시면 더 좋을거 같아요 ^^ 또 오고싶은 리조트인건 분명합니다.

2년전 푸라마리조트에서 숙박했는데 프라이빗 비치가 깨끗했어서 이번엔 바로 옆인 풀만으로 예약했습니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절했고 투숙객을 잘 기억하는 것 같았습니다. 특히 리셉션에서 체크아웃을 도와주었던 직원분이 매우 친절했습니다.(정확하지 않습니다만, 아마도 Sophie 인 것 같습니다. 8/2일 324,334호 체크아웃을 도와주었던 직원이었습니다.) 투숙 전에 이메일로 소통했는데 답장도 잘 오는 편이었습니다. 푸라마에 비해 수영장이 아주 크지는 않지만 관리가 잘 되어있었고 프라이빗 비치도 깨끗하게 관리 되고 있었습니다. 다낭에 5성급 호텔들을 몇군데 다녀봤는데 조식은 풀만이 가장 맛있었습니다. 작은 반미빵이 없어서 아쉬웠지만 그건 개인 취향이므로 재방문을 결정하는데 있어 문제가 되지 않습니다. 이번에는 일정이 좀 많아서 리조트에 오래 못 있었지만 다음에는 더 오래 묵으면서 리조트를 온전히 즐기고 싶습니다. 조금 아쉬운점이 있다면 객실 문이 너무 세게 닫히는 바람에 본의아니게 주변 방에 소음이 크게 들리는 것 같습니다. 같은 복도의 객실 투숙객들이 문을 여닫을 때 쾅소리가 너무 큰게 객실까지 들려서 조금 불편했습니다. 이런 부분을 개선하면 좋겠습니다.

로비가 탁 트이고 예쁘긴한데 쇼파나 등받이 의자가 별로 없어서 여러명이 앉아서 시간보내거나 쉬기에는 좀 불편 침구는 편안한 편. 보통 호텔은 비슷하 사이즈의 베게를 2개 주잖아요 그런데 여기는 베게 1개와 정사각형 큰 쿠션을 세트로 주니까 더 편하더라고요 거기에 길죽한 얇은 직사각형의 발받침 쿠션까지 있어서 편하게 사용할 수 있었어요 다만 침대 사이즈가 정말 작아요. SS도 아니고 거의 S사이즈 느낌이라 처음 보고는 조금 놀랐어요 소음에 민감하다고 미리 요청해서인지 객실 위치는 조용한 편이었어요 다만 에어컨 소음은 꽤 큰 편입니다. 오래된 에어컨이라 그런듯 소음에 민감하다고 미리 요청해서인지 객실 위치는 조용한 편이었어요 다만 에어컨 소음은 꽤 큰 편입니다. 오래된 에어컨이라 그런듯 에코 프렌들리 안내는 있는데 사용한 수건을 말릴만한 걸이가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 말려써야하는데 걸데가 있어야 말리지?? 쪼리를 제공하지만 편한 쪼리는 아닙니다. *근데 이게 새거인지 재활용?인지 애매한게 보통 저런 고무 쪼리도 새거는 비닐에 들어있거든요 이건 그냥 객실에 놓여있더라고요 쪼리 남이 쓰던건 찝찝한데.. 체중계 없는게 아쉬움 조식은 솔찍히 그렇게 맛있지는 않음 (현지음식 향신료 다 잘먹는 사람임) 직원들도 많이 바빠 보여 리조트 특유의 여유로운 친절함은 크게 느끼지 못했음 5성 리조트면 테이블에 착석 후 커피나 티주문을 받으러 오는데 불러야 오는게 아쉬웠음 전체적인 서비스에서 일부 직원들은 웃으면서 먼저 인사도 잘해주셨지만 전체적으로는 가격대비했을때 5성급 리조트에서 기대하는 그런 친절함을 느끼기는 힘들었음.

미케비치 앞이라 위치가 매우 좋았고 전반적으로 한적해서 가족과 조용히 쉬고 오기 좋았다. 관리가 깔끔하게 잘돼있어 머물면서 부족한 점이 없었다.
