Overall, I was super impressed with the hotel. My friends and I stayed for 3 nights. We booked 7 rooms and all rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel was also very beautiful. Service staff were excellent. A special shout out to Tim who was super helpful and friendly. He constantly checked in on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed any help throughout our stay in Da Nang. We owe a huge thank you to Tim. I will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Da Nang again.

Stayed at the Pullman for a business trip. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was professional courteous and very helpful. The pool and beach were excellent. The views from the lobby and bar were amazing. I would recommend the Pullman for a family or business trip without hesitation.

Thanh gave us excellent service. The Spa was great and the massage was professionally done. My wife snd I enjoyed the treatment. it was a soothing experience. The tea and ginger after the massage were timely. The atmosphere was relaxing. They offer steam bath or sauna after the maasage but we did not opt for it.

Amazing location and first class accommodation. Breakfast great as were the staff including Daisy. Front of house staff most helpful with special recognition to Evie . Room and facilities were exceptional as was the pure beach front outlook.

The Pullman was the perfect place to stay for a 9 night golf holiday. Excellent staff and service. Delicious food at sensible prices. Drinks were also fairly priced. Spacious standard room. Very nice outdoor bar, restaurants and setting.
