At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the breakfast selection did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the variety and taste of certain dishes, as well as dessert and fruit options. Could you kindly share what types of food or specific items you would expect to see in our breakfast buffet? This will greatly help us improve and better tailor our offerings to guest preferences. Regarding the restaurant discount, we would like to kindly clarify that food & beverage promotions are not applicable during public holidays as part of Accor Explorer standard policy. However, we truly understand your concern and sincerely regret that this was not clearly communicated in advance on the Accor app. Concerning the room upgrade, we would like to share that upgrades are subject to room availability on the day of arrival, and unfortunately, we were not able to provide an upgrade during your stay. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. With regard to the beach bar operating hours, it currently closes at 10:00 PM in line with overall guest demand and operational guidelines. However, please rest assured that your suggestion is noted and will be reviewed and discussed by our management team for future consideration. 숙소 내부 컨디션이 사진으로 본 것 보다 훨씬 만족스럽고 좋았습니다. 다만 위치의 문제인지 저녁시간에 시내로 나가는 그랩을 잡기 어려웠습니다. 특히 프라이빗 비치 너무너무 많족스럽고 좋은시간 보냈습니다.
