Thank you ms Kite and ms Luccie for arrangements my wife birthday surprise, for the premier lounge service is excellent, and the staff is great and friendly, the Han River view from the premier lounge is fantastic. Thank you so much for all the great service. For the LV4 buffet team, food variety is good enough, the pho Bo is great. But the service team not so friendly.

We booked and stayed at a one-room apartment at the Novotel. We were disappointed with the dining experience at the Hotel Lobby. Our room was being cleaned, we asked if we can consume our take away at the table outside the restaurant. (The main restaurant was closed for renovation). They said YES. We sat down, I ordered my food. And also start to eat my take away. Another staff member came, told us off, and insisted that outside food is not allowed. The approach was not friendly, or maybe it was my perception, and I was trying to understand her accent. We decided to cancel our meal order and left the place in total disappointment. I truly understand and respect the food hygiene guideline. I hope you also have world-class customer service guidelines within the Accor Group. In all guidelines, there is also an exception, empowerment to handle incidents on a case-by-case basis. This makes a difference between an average or a world-class establishment. Not sure if I would want to return to an avearge establishment again.

아코를 올해 이용하면서 다낭 첫 아크로 호텔 장점 1. 아파트먼트+베란다 7박 2. 객실이 깨끗하고 수압도 좋음 3. 전망도 멀리 보이면서 좋았음. 4. 라운지도 창밖과 창안이 나눠져 있고 날씨 좋을때는 창밖에서 야경 보면서 즐기는 것도 좋음. 단점 1. 위치 : 주위에 간단하게 걸어갈만한 곳이 없음 -> 15~20분 걸으면 한시장인데.. 겨울철에는 선선해서 걸을만 하지만,, 여름에는.. 먼거리임 -> 그랩 부르면 1~2분이면 잡히니 그냥 그랩 이용하시길 기타 1. 아파트먼트하고 호텔하고 분리되어 있어서 조식 및 라운지 이용시 엘레베이터 두번 이용함. -> 마지막날 알았는데.. 4층은 아파트먼트 5층에서 계단으로 한층 내려가면 된다고 함 -> 라운지에서 일하는거 좋아하는데.. 제대로 이용 못함. TT 2. 12월 31일 저녁뷔페 및 카운트다운 페스티발 이용 관련 -> 결제까지 하였는데.. 예약안되어 있음.. 아............ -> 억지로 통로쪽에다가 자리 만들어 줌.. 기분좋게 연말 보내려 했다가 망치고 옮.
