We had dinner at L’etable Restaurant at the Mercure and the food was absolutely beautiful. Our waitress CiCi provided outstanding service — she was warm, professional and very attentive, which made the experience even better. For entrée I had the scallops, which were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. For my main, I chose the rib-eye steak with mashed potato and red wine jus, and it was excellent — tender, well seasoned and beautifully presented. A lovely dining experience with great food and exceptional service. Highly recommend

It’s worth a visit really.

To stay at Bana Hills when visiting Da Nang really takes you into another world. It didn’t feel like Vietnam at all. Was very cold actually especially at night making the walk between hotel and restaurant quite an experience. Hotel room was a little dim especially with the dark coloured walls. Bed was comfy nonetheless and amenities up to par. Great service from hotel staff - they take care of the luggage from and to the cable car ride.

We stayed overnight at Mercure Ba Na Hills French Village and had a very pleasant experience. A big highlight is the early access to Ba Na Hills, which lets you enjoy the area in the morning when it’s calm and quiet. The evenings are peaceful as well, making it very relaxing overall. Enjoy park alone when day guest has gone home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I made a mistake with my booking, but Manager Jason was very kind and helpful, both to me and in supporting his staff. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the service was generally good. I would recommend staying overnight to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Ba Na Hills.
