We stayed in Mercure BanaHills. Splendid and enchanting place. We enjoyed our steaks which were done to perfection. Service was immaculate and attentive. Helen, our server displayed passion in her profession and I think she will go far in hospitality.

The service by the bellboy Leo was top notch & he helped us with all our bags, and during certain time of the day assisted by his colleagues as well, which we didnt get their names. Really appreciate their hardwork. The other hotel staff were also helpful. Thank you everyone!

A Unique Stay on Ba Na Hills

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Mercure Danang French Village. The check-in process at the bottom of the hill was easy to find and well-organized. We arrived around 10 AM to make the most of our day exploring Ba Na Hills. The welcome letter sent via email was clear and detailed, helping us understand what to expect. Although the staff at the base station were quite busy during check-in and seemed a little flustered while organizing the cable car tickets, everything moved along efficiently. Once we were checked in and had our tickets, a helpful bellboy escorted us and our luggage to the cable car. Upon arrival at the hotel, we received priority check-in thanks to our Accor status, and the staff there were absolutely fabulous — warm, professional, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, which made the process smooth and welcoming. Although our room wasn’t ready until 2 PM (which we anticipated, given how busy the hotel was), we were able to store our bags and begin exploring the park right away. Later in the day, we checked into our Family Suite, which was spacious and featured two bathrooms — perfect for our group. The room had a beautiful view of the stunning St. Denis Church and was exactly what we had hoped for. In fact, the photos on the website really don’t do the room justice — it was even better in person, with lovely details and a cozy atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. We also received welcome amenities delivered by friendly staff, which added a thoughtful touch to our stay. The bell staff were also fantastic and made us feel well looked after from the start. One of the major highlights of staying overnight is enjoying Ba Na Hills after hours. Once the day-trippers leave, the park becomes quiet and peaceful — perfect for an evening stroll. In the morning, we also had early access to the Golden Bridge, which was a memorable experience without the usual crowds. For dinner, we chose the buffet, which offered a great selection of dishes, followed by an equally satisfying buffet breakfast the next morning. Platinum members also have access to a private dining area with dedicated waitstaff. We only encountered one small issue during our stay — a mix-up with drink orders at the main bar. The staff seemed confused about our order and we couldn’t resolve it immediately, possibly due to the language barrier, as we don’t speak Vietnamese. Thankfully, it was eventually sorted out and didn’t impact our overall experience. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the Mercure Danang French Village. The combination of charming accommodations, exclusive guest access to the park, and thoughtful service made our stay magical.

My first time in Bana Hill

The location is fantastic in the middle of French village but the air conditioning is too hot for me. The breakfast was nice but table is unorganized. The staff , especially the bell boy is super duper helpful. However miss Ly Sam Daisy Hai is very kind to us.

Excellent place located right at Bana Hills, you can actually feel the clouds here and climate is just apt for hot cup of coffee or a chilled beer. Staff is very polite and helpful. Miyeon in Maison Du Roi in particular is very hospitable and treat her guests really well.
