We had an amazing 2-night stay at Grand Mercure Danang. As a Diamond member, they treated us good and upgraded our room also. The moment we walked in, they smiled very bight to welcome us. The room is okay, breakfast is good, and there is one guy that we would like to mention, Mr. Huy at the Concierge desk, he gave us a bunch of recommendations, and helped us browse the city with ease. Many thank to Huy and team at Grand Mercure Danang.

위치가 조금 어중간 하긴 하지만 그랩 잘 잡히고,그랩타면 십분정도에 미케비치와 한시장 즐길 수 있음 직원분들이 친절 특히 라운지 직원분들 친절하시고 두고 간 물건도 잘 챙겨놔주심 플랫 멤버 혜택으로 좋은뷰의 방을 배정 받았고 업글도 해 주셔서 5일동안 좋은 숙박이었음 얼리체크인과 레이트체크아웃 해주셔서 중간에 시간이 뜨지않고 잘 관광 할 수 있었음

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants, downtown. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and i still choose Grand Mercure Danang for my next vacations.

Please note that we are Accor platinum members not that it should make a difference, but just that we have 90 plus nights in Accor hotels and never had such a horrible experience While checking out, when we asked for one glass for water , they outright just rejected it and said no water . Nothing more to be said , this just reflects the whole experience of our stay and the way they treat their guests
