This is my first time visiting Da Nang. All the staff are friendly. I like the atmosphere of the room with a river view at night and in the morning. The hotel lounge staff were very helpful, even though I spent very little time in the lounge.I love the breakfast in the hotel lounge. I've been eating pho every day since I've been in Da Nang. When check out, Mr. Dung came to greet me.I'm not sure if I spelled his name correctly. He asked me how my stay was. I said it was great, the hotel was beautiful and I liked it. He taught me how to say hello in Thai. i say Sa was dee Krab(fore men) and Sa was dee Kha(fore wemen). and talked to him about many things. He Make my stay extra special, I hope he sees this message and wants to be his friend on social media Instargram(shyshimmer),to ask for advice on traveling to Vietnam in the future. If I go back to Vietnam, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was our first visit to Vietnam and what a great place to start. The staff at the hotel received us with grace and were so friendly. They made reconnection on places to go and things to do. Son and Linh made every meal a pleasant experience. Mia Trang went above and beyond to arrange excursions and made bookings at restaurants not to be missed. Do made sure we catches the right rides. You are sure to have a great stay.

We booked a room which allowed us into the privilege lounge. The staff in the lounge, in particular Thinh and Nyugen, were extremely attentive. Their English was amazing and they shared a lot about their city and lives. The food in the lounge was also of a high standard and we ate breakfast there as well as having canapes and drinks each evening. We didn't need anything else to eat throughout the day. Our room rate also included a free massage for each of us. My husband was very happy with his. Despite booking in the morning for a 330pm massage the staff didn't know what massage I was having until I was on the table. Then my therapist changed after the massage had started which was odd and led to a poor quality experience.

All great except for small TV :-)

All the staffs from the front desk to the F&B & house keeping services are very friendly and helpful. The quality of breakfast & restaurant are very good & tasty. The only thing I can suggest is the in-room TV is too small. The smallest TV I've noticed of all 5 stars hotels we stayed in.

I was amazed by the hospitality of Ms. Vien and Ms. Trang, who ensured I had a great time during my vacation. The room was spacious with an amazing city view, and I loved the pillows. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the bread and some local dishes. I would definitely come back with my family ❤️
