Good, staff is friendly and willing to support. Good atmosphere. Food is diverse and delicious, especially at Golden Dragon. Buffet here is affordable and offers diverse cuisine. Highly recommend to ones who would like to stay near the central of the city, can watch Dragon bridge from our room.

Our stay was awesome!! We stayed at their family suite for 6 days and 5 nights. We loved the cocktail hour at the priveledge lounge. The staff are nice abd friendly. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. Location is quite good, infront of Han River. We would definitely stay here again!! ;) Thank you

Excellent location, being able to walk to main part of city along the river and very close to the most beautiful beaches. The shuttle would drop guests into the city or the beach regularly. Staff are so friendly and attentive and the pool area is a peaceful area with bar access.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Danang! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. I would like to give a special thank you to Trang and Huy (Felix) in Front office, who were both incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Their warm smiles and willingness to help made all the difference. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Danang!

Exceptional. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Excellent food options. Clean and comfortable. Great infrastructure - spa; free courtesy bus to four tourist locations; reliable and efficient laundry, house and cleaning services. But best of all - the staff!! Above and beyond good practice - friendly, competent, helpful, always smiling. Take a bow, Grand Mecure, Da Nang.
