Location - The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, with most major landmarks within a 5-10 minute drive. Welcome - The hotel's warm welcome and upgrade to a spacious suite immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The amenities offered were impressive for a Mercure, exceeding my expectations. Restaurant -The restaurant staff, Wildis and Afreen, provided attentive and friendly service throughout my stay, making my meals enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the rooftop restaurant, where I was treated to delicious food and refreshing drinks. Special Mention - The general manager, Mr. Parag, was exceptionally hospitable and made sure my stay was memorable. His kind nature and attention to detail contributed significantly to my positive experience. Also my special thanks to Suraj & Reshma for making my stay comfortable. Overall - If you're looking for a centrally located mid-scale hotel in Hyderabad, Mercure KCP Hyderabad is an excellent choice. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location makes it a highly recommended option.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and were happy we made this choice. Mr.Vishnu from the guest services was very prompt and efficient in meeting our requests. The complimentary breakfast has good variety and tasty too. Transportation is easily available from the hotel location.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional room service during my stay. Came for business trip here .Nice rooms and locality with an impressive Hospitality and Room service offered by Pradnya & Dheeraj . The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

I had high hopes when visiting the rooftop bar but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The service was slow and inattentive, with the shortage of staff clearly visible they had less time to attend the table. I spent almost 3 hours there and i was not even offered water And my appetiser took almost 2hours to reach the table it came after my main course To top it off, I ordered a margarita, and what I received was far from what you’d expect. It didn’t taste like a margarita at all—more like a mix of random ingredients thrown together. I brought this up to the server, but instead of offering a replacement or any explanation, they left it on the bill anyway. For the price, I expected much better. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
