We had a fantastic lunch at Novotel Hitech City Hyderabad! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with a warm smile. They were really sweet and kind with us. Mustaqeen was a really nice with us and helpful ✨️. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and amazing flavors that made the meal truly memorable. Their hospitality and the quality of the food made for a perfect dining experience👌. Overall we all had a great time here as always.✨️🤩 Highly recommend!

I really liked the food prepared by chef Kamal. The food was awesome with flavours well balanced. The confectionery items were decadent. The service offered was excellent and exceptional.very Vinay, Rahul and Mallick offered their best help and made our dinner experience memorable. The service is really bad at this Hotel. The staff is insensitive. Soup served was cold, Curtelery was asked for 2 people and it was sent for only 1 person. I asked for Omlette without Chicken and it was served with Chicken Over and above this, The staff offers us another dish FOC.,. This experience at 5 star Hotel is really unexpectable. Avoid booking this hotel

Starting from check in to check out all were smooth. Stay was comfortable and the house keeping people made us feel at home. I entered my room with permission of the bed maker. He politely asked my name for security. Tracing my iPad was memorable
