Food is good and the ambiance too ia good specially the seervice and the attention beatoed by Reshma is very exceptional and experienced for thew first time here in my past 10 years experiance.

I had the most wonderful stay in Novotel Hyderabad, as I was visiting for business in Hitec City. I stayed for a week (Sunday to Saturday) and the hotel was most convenient for going to the office, while being out of the hustle and bustle (and horrendous traffic!) of the city. A highlight for me was the hotel gym, which was very well equipped for people who want to lift serious weights, something rarely found in hotel gyms. But what made the visit extra special was meeting Rubin, the hotel's GM at the gym, where we chatted a bit about working out. Some time later I received a lovely platter of treats and the most wonderful card form Rubin, a really touching gesture that made my visit! As I am packing my bags for a very early morning departure tomorrow I am already looking forward to my next visit to Hyderabad and my next stay at Novotel Convention Centre. Thank you Rubin for making my visit special with your kind gesture, and please accept my compliments for your really well ran and exceptionally hospitable hotel! Georgios

Overall location and atmoshere is very good. Organising my business meet for thr 2nd tome. Food is very nice even guest have shared the response on excellent food. I had a word with Aayush and othr chef about the food testing and their behaviour was ver good. Service team is also good, responded ASAP on time.
