I went for dinner on 04th Feb with family. We were nicely received & accomadated by Mr Sudheer. He has introduced all speead and items. Food was good. Nice Hotel - Slippery Bathrooms - Bad Fall

Nice hotel, good rooms, tasty food. Very good service. Bathroom tiles are polished and very slippery, specially if there is any water on the floor. Bathroom mats are actually just towels. This lethal combination led to a terrible slip and fall on our last day at the hotel - I fractured my knee cap. Hotel took us to a hospital nearby and were kind in providing assistance. However, our vacation was ruined, I am now on medical leave for 6 weeks following surgery (pretty much bed bound still), I have lost income and we had to incur lots of additional expenses including hospital charges. Be very very careful with the bathroom floors of this hotel - they are really slippery. Am quite sure am not the first person to have a bad fall in there and will certainly not be the last unless the hotel fixes this issue quickly. Also, do NOT wear room slippers in the bathroom. They add to the slipperiness.

While we are grateful that you found our hotel, rooms, food, and service to be satisfactory, we are deeply concerned and truly sorry to learn about the serious accident you suffered due to the slippery bathroom floor. We understand that the polished tiles, combined with water on the floor and the use of towels as bath mats, created a dangerous situation that led to your unfortunate slip and fall, resulting in a fractured kneecap and the need for surgery. We sincerely regret that what should have been a pleasant vacation was instead overshadowed by pain, medical treatment, and hardship. We fully acknowledge the physical, emotional, and financial impact this incident has had on you—including your extended medical leave, loss of income, and the additional expenses you were compelled to incur. While we are glad our team was able to assist you and arrange immediate medical support, we recognize that this does not undo the distress and disruption you have experienced. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments at the highest level. The safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us, and we are treating this matter with utmost seriousness to ensure corrective measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Once again, we extend our sincere apologies for the pain, inconvenience, and disappointment caused. The very best hotel to stay in near Hyderabad’s international airport. Modern stylish and loved by business people and flight crew. Spotlessly clean. Excellent staff such as Durgaprasad and on reception, Rinki, Magesh,Raaul in the restaurant and Bikash and Rinki in the reception area café.
