The Wi Fi was very poor. They still had a dvd player in the apartment and a number of old dvd's at reception. In this day and age not to have foxtel or any other streaming service is very poor. The apartment is showing signs of age along with the furniture. When the price of this apartment is taken into consideration all the above points become magnified.

We were checked in by Kim Mellon, general manager, who was very pleasant, efficient and welcoming. Apt 1302 on 13th floor had excellent views of the ocean and Maroochydore. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms. The apartment was dated with an extremely old uncomfortable cane lounge suite. The bedding also was not comfortable for a pleasant night's sleep. Location was excellent with restaurants and shopping very close. Local bus stops were within waking distance. Easy access to the beach. Underground parking was easily accessable. I would stay again, but hopefully in a more updated unit.

Stayed in Room 1306, massive balcony, spectacular views of beach, no restaurant but many eateries close by, room was 2 bedroom self contained, would easily sleep 6, plenty of space. Reception staff very helpful

The Sebel is a great place to stay the staff are amazing they are helpful and friendly no problem is too much, we met the manager as we had a appliance which didn’t work she organised a new appliance asap she was great. The team that works there keeps people coming back

our corner room was amazing, huge balcony, shame there was on BBQ for this room just a waste of large area that you really want to enjoy. Roof top spa and bbq area is okay, no toilets up there and no view to beach only hinterland views amazing, great location easy walk to both Maroochydore and Mooloolabah. Venice café downstairs great food and value for money. will return

Beautiful views over the ocean and up and down the coast from the 10th level. Take your binoculars. as we did. We even saw some whales from our balcony. As well, make sure you go up to the 14th level to enjoy the spa and even better views. Great range of restaurants to suit all tastes.

Staff, check in and welcome pack were lovely but our room was tired to say the least. We had a pool view 1 bedroom apartment but didn't have much care or thought to the furnishings for the price. At the entrance the plants were all dead , basically just weeds so not a good start. Just no care taken unfortunately. Not what i have come to expect for a Sebel ....

I was given a corner room which was great, overlooking the water. Room was spacious and well equipped, very friendly staff. Convenient location between my office in Marrochydore and restaurants in Mooloolaba. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel offers great views of the water and is a short walk to the beach. Apartment offered plenty of space and had a separate space for the kids to chill. Breakfast on our balcony over looking the pool was a great way to start the day.

Had a fabulous view except TV wrong location as blocked view from inside a small negative, rooms very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms small but adequate. Enormous balcony to relax on. Kitchen well equiped.

The stay was a good experience with rooms being spacious and clean. There are limited services available (no Pay TV, etc.) but services that are provided are of a high quality. Traffic noise is worth considering depending on the reason for your stay, but location is great for beach and shopping access.

The apartments are all well appointed - it is not a "hotel". it is managed apartments with great views, huge living areas & really good appliances. Groceries are not far away, and you have a few restaurants within walking distance, too.

The place needs updating and a good detailed clean. Our apartment had mould in the bathroom and our bedroom blinds were very dirty, front door lock was dysfunctional. The kitchen was the nicest part of the apartment. Unfortunately I expected something nicer for the price.

This Sebel hotel is well located and has very clean facilities. My room had nice water views and was very spacious. It doesn't have a restaurant but there are eateries very close to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

For a lovely property with graet oullook over the ocean it was disapointing that that the cleansiness of the room was very questionable. Also the rooms are in need of basic maintenance eg. the roller blind in the main bedroom was unexceptable filthy.
