While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the buffet breakfast and our café restaurant, and that these aspects of your stay stood out, we are truly sorry to learn of the multiple issues you encountered during your visit. I sincerely apologize that the toilet in your room continued to run throughout your stay, despite your efforts in reporting it each day. This should have been resolved promptly, and I understand how frustrating it must have been. I am also sorry for the inconvenience with the air conditioning, and that the arrangements for accommodating an additional guest were not as expected, ultimately requiring you to book a second room. I am truly sorry to hear that your stay with us fell so far below expectations, particularly as you were here for multiple nights and entrusted us with your comfort and wellbeing. I sincerely apologize that a room change was not available right away and that your request for a refund was not accommodated at the time. I completely understand how distressing and frustrating this must have been, especially when traveling and expecting a safe, comfortable environment. I am also sorry to hear that the second room still did not meet expectations, and that the issue with the TV persisted.
