We do try to be as transparent as possible, which is why we note on our website that our property does not feature air conditioning. However, we completely understand how uncomfortable the heat can be. Regarding the room configuration, please note that room types—including those with two beds—are subject to availability on the arrival date. On a positive note, we are excited to share that a major renovation has been officially scheduled for the end of this year to fully update our spaces and room decor. We appreciate your comments about breakfast room as well it helps us identify areas for improvement during our upcoming refresh. Excellent emplacement, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Les salles de bains sont un peu vétuste et mériteraient une rénovation ( huisseries ). La formule "thé, café, eau" avec micro ondes et espace restauration à disposition H24 est très appréciable. Personnel de la réception très aimable et accueillant.

Dans cette hôtel (non climatisé !) tout est partout fatigué, usé, abîmé, écaillé, taché… on le dirait à l’abandon: indigne d’un Ibis Style ! Petit déjeuner en sous-sol très médiocre et si vous demandez une chambre avec 2 lits séparés ce sera avec 1 seul… sinon un vieux canapé sale… bref expérience à ne pas conseiller ! Dominique P. Hôtel bien situé, transports en commun à côté. Par contre nous avons demandé à avoir 2 lits séparés une semaine avant notre venue. Cela n'a pas été fait, il y avait un lit d'appoint dans le couloir que nous avons utilisé. La chambre et la salle de bain mériterait un coup de rénovation.

Grand chambre, manque un plateau de courtoisie., salle d'eau correcte, La TV : peu de chaines, nous sommes dans un hôtel Accor, de ce fait une chaine TV pourrait être en français. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et beaucoup de choix. Un petit effort : nettoyer la tête de lit. Une personne n'a pas été très aimable à l’accueil. par contre les deux autres ont été aimables. Séjour positif. Je le conseil.

Nous avions 2 chambres 2 personnes identiques et 1 chambre 3 personnes. Dans les 2 chambres 2 personnes, l’une était super grande salle de bain bouilloire… et dans l’autre chambre qui est censé être identique puisque c’est exactement le même prix. Il y avait une salle de bain tellement ridicule. On pouvait être aux toilettes dans la douche et se laver les dents en même temps… et pas de bouilloire. Pourquoi le service n’est pas le même pour tout le monde ? Heureusement, après deux réceptionnistes parce que la première dame ne nous a pas aidés du tout, la deuxième personne nous a proposé une autre chambre. Elle a était très polie , elle sauve la note générale.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité d'une station de métro même si le trajet jusqu'au entre de Stockholm à pied et tout à fait possible. Chambre spacieuse en étage élevé (dommage que l'ascenseur ait eu une panne pendant notre séjour). Petit déjeuner très complet Bref un excellent séjour
