Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience you experienced during your visit. We regret that we did not meet your expectations regarding the room location and the issues you encountered with noise disturbances. We understand how important a peaceful environment is for a good night's rest, and we sincerely apologize for the disturbances caused by other guests and external factors. Your concerns about the lack of air conditioning and the bright corridor light are duly noted, and we will look into possible solutions to improve these aspects. Regarding the TV channels, we apologize for the limited selection of foreign channels. We are continuously reviewing our offerings to better cater to the needs of our diverse clientele, and your feedback will certainly be taken into consideration for future improvements. On a positive note, we are pleased to hear that you found our reception staff to be friendly. However, we are sorry to hear that your interactions with the breakfast and cleaning service staff did not meet your expectations.
