Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at ibis Styles Reims Centre. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our ideal location, the convenient nearby parking, as well as the quality of our service and breakfast. It is also great to know that you found the bed comfortable and the bathroom satisfactory. We are, however, sorry that the room did not fully meet your expectations. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the difference between the room presented on our website and the room you were allocated. We would like to reassure you that our hotel is currently undergoing a renovation programme. A significant part of our rooms has already been renovated, and we are pleased to confirm that only the rooms on the first floor remain to be renovated. These rooms will progressively benefit from the same updated and more contemporary design as the rest of the hotel. We also sincerely apologize for the issue you noticed with the parquet under the shower tray. We have taken note of your comment and will ensure that this point is checked by our maintenance team. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to ibis Styles Reims Centre and allowing you to experience one of our renovated rooms on a future stay.
