Hello Ben D. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your family stay. We are delighted to hear that your experience with the hotel itself was excellent. It is wonderful to know that our receptionist went the extra mile to provide you with a ground-floor room for your young child, and that you enjoyed our clean, modern rooms, the kids' play areas, and our friendly breakfast service. However, we are deeply sorry to hear about the poor experience you had in our restaurant during dinner. What you described regarding the unfriendly service, the beverage errors, and the freezing salmon and avocado starter does not reflect our standards at all. Please rest assured that your constructive comments have been shared directly with our Food & Beverage Manager and the kitchen team to address these issues immediately and ensure better training.
