What a lovely hotel. Spacious foyer area. Quickly checked in. Great room on the ground floor. Well appointed. Nice swimming pool, pool towels in the room. Only had breakfast which was excellent. Evening meal looked a tad expensive but it was fully booked so I had to look elsewhere. Nice stay. Thank you Team Sails.

The rooms were more modern than what we expected from the outside, always felt fresh and clean when we came back from our adventures. Super comfortable beds and really modern and nice bathroom with all the amenities you would need. Great air conditioning. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and and helpful. We hung out by the pool at the hottest part of the day - food and drinks at the pool bar and Waḻpa’s were great.

A very well located hotel with excellent staff and the very best breakfast we had during our stay in Australia. We had a small issue trying to get to the airport to pick up a hire car from Avis who no longer operate their desk in the resort centre. On the third attempt to get a lift to the airport, as the transfer bus was leaving too late for us, a very helpful receptionist, Tara, arrange for somebody from one of the other hotels to give us a lift. Highly recommend the hotel as a base to see the national park and highly commended Tara for her initiative.

Stayed at Sails in the Desert in Uluru. Fantastic hotel. Excellent service by staff including the housekeeping and restaurant staff. Great food. Accepted Accor Plus card at selected restaurants (they tell you at the reception which ones accept the card) and gave us 50% off dinner and lunch.

Exceptional staff in all areas of the hotel. Very comfortable rooms , beautiful grounds. The restaurants are very good - at $84 per person , i would not call the buffet expensive - there is perfect fresh seafood (smoked salmon , oysters , mussels etc) and a wide variety of other excellent food. The waiters are attentive , unobtrusively friendly and very efficient. Wine prices are a bit expensive There is also an IGA supermarket with city prices (e.g. fresh seedless green grapes $6 per kg!!!!) Check in is understandably slow as guests arrive by plane loads
