” YOUR STAY THE ENTIRE TIME MAKING IT UNPLEASANT BY PUTTING YOU THROUGH HELL TO HAVE A GUEST COME VISIT YOU. ALSO THEY HAVE “NO POOL, NO MICROWAVE TO REHEAT MEALS, NO IRON & IRONING BOARD IN YOUR ROOM”. THE STAFF IS MADE UP OF RUDE YOUNG BRATS AND WHO HAVE NO SKILLS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ONLY THERE FOR A PAY CHECK!!! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR PAPER CUPS WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA CUPS!???? WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE I ORDERED A STEAK MEAL AND IT WAS THE WORST CRAP I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AND NEVER ATE THERE AGAIN WHILE I STAYED FOR 4 DAYS. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS HOTEL THEY WILL MAKE YOU ALMOST HATE CARTEGENA BASED ON HOW UNWELCOMING THEY ARE TO NON SPANISH SPEAKING GUESTS! WORST STAY IN ALL OF MY INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS AND I HAVE TRAVELED A LOT AND NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A TREATMENT. EVEN WHEN I READ SOMETHING ABOUT THE GUEST ISSUES ON A REDDIT POST AFTER I ALREADY BOOKED, I CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEIR RUDE IDIOTS OF STAFFS KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! STEER CLEAR AND FIND A BETTER HOTEL IN CARTAGENA AND MAKE SURE TO CALL AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE YOU BOOK TO INQUIRE ABOUT HAVING YOUR GUESTS.

Pasamos 9 días en el hotel con vista a la playa. Nos encantó poder contratar también las excursiones que ofrecen en el stand del hotel, los desayunos bufet son riquísimos y nos dieron una atención muy cálida el personal; podes desayunar con vista completa al mar: la comodidad de salir del hotel y cruzar la calle para disfrutar del mar, son muy tranquilas, y siempre hay taxis afuera si los necesitas, también cenamos en el hotel y estuvo excelente, elijan este hotel xq tiene agua caliente para ducharte cosa que no estuvo excelente común el precio es bueno por día ya que la zona es segura para regresar caminando del centro histórico por la costa.

It is an greatly located hotel, with sight of the sea and next to a main avenue of the city. It is near to the historical town and the best beaches. I loved the food

It is unbelievable the long it takes to do check-in at this hotel. It seems their software isn't friendly and the receptionists don't have an idea of what service means. The restaurant has an excellent view to the sea but the food is poor in presentation and they don't care about its quality for three days at 7:30 the eggs were cold as well as the coffee and milk, there were no spoons and forks and the coffee cups are disgusting in presentation as they are plastic and so old that there are stains on them. In addition, the television only offers 1 channel and it is impossible to change it. Prices of both the accomodation and food and drinks are far away of coping with the quality they serve.
