My wife went on a day pass. The hotel, beach and grounds were wonderful and picturesque. The staff was friendly and catered to all of our needs and requests. The breakfast buffet was incredible and had many good selections. We would definitely go again.

Sofitel is a pretty reliable brand for luxury accommodations at a good price. Not quite a Four Seasons or Belmond but quite nice. Our suite was very nice, large and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Some staff could be trained a bit better, a couple times requests at dinner and for service in our room had to be repeated. This is a large resort, so you have to get up early for a prime pool or beach spot.

A relaxing, comfortable stay.

Overall, a relaxing, happy four days. Our room was fairly small, but clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and easy to find shade. In terms of food, we especially enjoyed Humo, which has excellent seafood and meats. We also enjoyed the food trucks. Marelis was a very pleasant and attentive hostess/server there, and added to our enjoyment of the experience.

Beautiful place full of comfort and luxury. Great service and very nice staff. The beach is very nice, but so are the various swimming pools. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and decided to come back for the last few days before flying home. Tip: go to the Bar Playa. The cocktails of Luis and service by Claudia are the best!

The place is só beautiful: The blue colors is the water, the green colors of the trees, the architecture, it all made a strong impression in my eyes and my heart. I spent 3 days looking at the beauty that surrounded me. And everybody so friendly And the food, delicious I am grateful for having learned to do chips de plátano with Chef Juan
