Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We are particularly concerned to hear about the cleanliness and unpleasant odors in the corridors and elevator, as well as your perception of the availability and attitude of our team. This is certainly not the level of cleanliness and hospitality we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping, Engineering, and Operations teams for immediate review and follow-up. We will reinforce our cleanliness standards in public areas and continue to strengthen our service presence and responsiveness to ensure our guests receive proper assistance whenever needed. Regarding the location, our hotel is situated close to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and is primarily designed to serve airport transit and short-stay guests.
