Stayed for 2 nights (separated by two weeks). Both rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. Located next to the station, so really good for access to all areas of Vienna and for our trains, arriving and departing! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. We used the restaurant and were very impressed, the food was really good. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your recent stay, especially as this was not your first visit and you had positive experiences in the past. We understand how disappointing it must have been to book 8 twin rooms for three nights and then only receive 7 double rooms and 1 twin room, with no option for changes due to the hotel being fully booked. We completely agree that in such cases, clear communication ahead of time is essential. You should have been informed of the room availability in advance so that you could make an informed decision. We regret that this did not happen and that it left you feeling as though your room had been swapped without notice. Your suggestions regarding proactive communication, consistent treatment of all guests, and improving the staffing levels at the front desk are greatly appreciated. We will take these points into consideration as we work to improve our services. We truly hope this experience won’t deter you from staying with us again, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back and ensure a much more seamless and enjoyable experience. Very close to Wien Hbf, only 2-3 minutes’ walk. Room was clean and spacious by European standard. There are lots of choices for quick food at Hbf. Close to tourist attractions such as Belvedele Palace and St Charles Church. Overall very convenient and highly recommended.

Booked an executive room and asked for a high floor. Was worth it. Room on 18th floor with a great view over the main station and city. Central location. Minibar being included was nice (with espresso machine and a water boiler). Would stay again and recommend
