Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that you felt disturbed during your stay and fully understand the importance of privacy and comfort while staying at a hotel. After carefully reviewing the circumstances internally, we were unable to find any record indicating that a "Do Not Disturb" sign had been displayed at the time.
