我分别下了三个订单，住了三个晚上，虽然每天过来整理了房间，但确没有更换弄脏的床单，另外住的前2天，房间里都送了2瓶水，最后一天确没有提供瓶装的饮用水，到前台问工作人员说连续住店的客人只在第一天送2瓶水，真的是有点遗憾。

At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced regarding the linen service and bottled water. Even though your stay was divided into separate bookings, our housekeeping team should have recognized the continuation and ensured consistent service throughout. Additionally, if bed linens are visibly soiled, they should be replaced immediately — this is part of our standard, and we apologize that this was not done. Regarding the bottled water: in our Standard Rooms, we provide complimentary bottled water on the first day of the stay. While this policy is consistent, we understand how it may have been confusing, especially across multiple reservations. Your suggestion to improve attention to such details is appreciated and will be shared with our team. We also thank you for your kind mention of our front desk team during check-in. 熱水忽冷忽熱 一度快被燙傷 有幾天毛巾沒給齊全 早餐種類不多 其他都很好
