It should be a 3star hotel. Due to their enviromental cares,the fridge was removed from the room-reasonably because it consumes energy and produces heat znd you need aircondition then-but it was not removed from the suites.... Usually we keep our refreshments there,to be cold at any time and there is no need to overpay one that will come in 30' if you order it at the bar. Upon our entrance in the room, there was a massive stain on the carpet. It should havd been replaced carefully with a piece of carpet, but... And among all, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. Poor variety for breakfast at the price of 27€ per person. At least some change with something new every day could be something. And of course, not a single help with the baggages. We had to carry them in and out and asking for assistance they told us there is a trolley available. Not a bad hotel though, nice decoration, close to the main station, but all the above do not lead us to a future stay there. We love Vienna..♡

Wszystko w porządku ale nie mogłem skorzystać z wcześniejszego zameldowania mimo statusu gold i wynikało to po prostu z faktu że mój status nie był prawidłowo wyświetlany w systemie hotelowym. To samo tyczy się drinka powitalnego i dopiero moje zasygnalizowanie że posiadam status gold zmieniło podejście. Dodatkowo podczas sprzątania pracownik zabrał drugą kartę do pokoju pozostawioną w gnieździe. Hotel czysty, opcja parkingu bardzo wygodna. Dobre śniadania i ładne wnętrza.

wszystko wporzadku. jeden mały a raczej wiekszy problem to czas oczekiwania na winde. oraz brak lodówki w pokoju. Zastrzezenie mam tez to napraw w pokoju. Włacznik od lamp byl przytwierdzony do sciany kołkiem.
