Prima hotel en ontbijt en gelegen in dichtbij alle openbaarvervoer. Opmerkingen die we hebben: - het was erg warm in de kamer en konden de airco niet op koelen zetten stond vast op ventileren (bleek centraal geregeld). - bij het inchecken wilde e gebruik maken van de prioriteitsdesk omdat het erg druk was, maar daar stond niemand. - we eigenlijk niet gebruik maken van de gratis late checkout (was maar 2uurtjes langer, maar omdat we tot laat moeste wachten voor de trein terug hielp dat niet.

Location is good, next to main train station. Beds are comfortable. Receptionist was confused, first she told that connecting rooms are available and getting ready ( asked us to wait for 1 hour), later she said there are no connecting family rooms available in entire hotel. Only standard rooms are connecting in general. In-room service is completely On-line (no phones) but Internet speed is not good to use on-line services, page sometimes open sometimes doesn't. You can write your wish on Chat Bot but delivery of the service ( like coffee creamer, sugar, water bottle etc.) is very late. Overall not happy.

De airco deed het niet en de kamer was veel te warm. Tip van de receptie was om het verwarmingssysteem uit te schakelen uit en het raam open te houden, maar dit hielp niet. Door de warmte hebben wij als gezin slecht geslapen. Gelukkig maakte het ontbijt het een beetje goed, maar het is niet wat ik gewend ben van een hotel in de Accor groep.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is currently in heating mode, as we are transitioning into cooler seasons. This can sometimes result in rooms not being as cool as desired on warmer days. We understand how this can affect your comfort, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding the minibar, we would like to clarify that it is included in all rooms, but depending on your room category, it may have different contents. For standard rooms, two bottles of mineral water are included but not refilled after consumption. In Executive rooms, Junior Suites, and Suites, the minibar is fully stocked and replenished daily. We regret to hear that the coffee was not replenished during your longer stay. We will ensure that our team addresses this for future stays. We are grateful that the breakfast helped improve your experience, and we are working on these areas to ensure a better stay next time. Schone en nette kamer. Kamer was te warm. Bedden lagen niet goed (te hard). Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de sauna, stoombad onvoldoende warm door de kunststof banken. Prima en uitgebreid ontbijt
