La posizione è ottima. Vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Abbiamo avuto tutto a portata di mano prendendo la metro solo per andare a shonbrun e al municipio per i mercatini. Ottimo il bistrot, anche rilassante dopo una giornata frenetica. Due punti però sono da migliorare. Gli addetti alla reception non si sforzano di schiodarsi dal loro tedesco e non siamo riusciti ad avere il loro aiuto per nulla. a cominciare dal Wi-Fi e a finire con la prenotazione di un ristorante. Secondo punto a sfavore materasso molto, troppo duro. Un top avrebbe migliorato la qualità del nostro sonno. La pulizia però in compenso regna sovrana. Facendo pari e dispari comunque tornerei anche se non è proprio economico

It is also wonderful to know that you found your room very clean. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the mattress and any difficulty you had during your stay. If you could be so kind and explain what happend specifically regarding the languages as we normally only speak in german with german speaking guests, all of our front desk staff can communicate in english. We also deeply apologise not being able to help with restaurant reservations, most restaurants in Vienna are booked out over december, which makes getting a reservation a bit more dificult. Wij waren voor de 3e keer in dit hotel. De ligging is ideaal: op loopafstand van de vele bezienswaardigheden, musea, restaurants, de trein aar de luchthaven, en in een mooie verzorgde wijk. Wij hadden er graag weer wat voor over (200 euro per nacht voor 2 pers. kamer met ontbijt) maar al met al is de prijs-kwalilteit verhouding niet goed. De kamer had de nodige beschadigingen. De matrastopper was 20 cm te smal en het flessenwater ontbrak. Het ontbijt is duur maar uitstekend en het ontbijtpersoneel is erg servicegericht.
