Familiekamer zeer positief ervaren. Goede bedden, rustig ligging. Enige negatief punt, problemen met warm water in douche. 2x gemeld aan receptie waar ook gehoor aan gegeven is, helaas de problemen met water bleef. Enkel als je zowel lavabo als douche 10 minuten samen open zette, was er tijdelijk warm water. Ik stel me dan wel vragen bij de erkenning als duurzaam hotel. Er wordt massa's water ongebruikt weggegooid. Klopt niet echt, maar heeft ons verblijf niet verpest hoor.

Het hotel zit op een uitstekende locatie. Tram en metro zitten op loopafstand V. het hotel. Supermarkten naast het hotel voor kleine versnapering of vergeten toiletspullen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is wat beperkt in de keuze.

De kamer is afgeleefd en koud. Het duurde ook ellendig lang vooraleer er warm water in de badkamer was.

Alles goed doch op warm water uit de kraan diende men minstens 5 minuten wachten: grote water verspilling.
