En general, todo bien. Pero dos pequeños detalles afectaron mi experiencia. El primero: No habia jabón en la ducha. Es un detalle que solo se descubre cuando ya se está en la ducha, en una situacion incómoda. El segundo tema, el aire acondicionado era demasiado ruidoso. Con el ventilador al mínimo era un compromiso entre el ruido y el calor. Probablemente un tema de mantenimiento sin importancia, así como la falta de jabón un descuido menor. Pero cada uno resulto fastidioso. Juntos, injustificable en un hotel de reconocida buena reputación

Limpio, amplio, bien ubicado, tranquilo. Puntos a mejorar: potencia aire acondicionado, temperatura del agua en una oportunidad fallo. Pero lo mejor cercano a la estacion de trenes y bien conectado al centro historico.

Muy contentos con la experiencia. Llegamos de noche y el check-in fue muy rápido, lo que nos permitió dejar las maletas y descansar para empezar nuestra aventura en Viena al día siguiente. El hotel destaca por su tranquilidad: la habitación estaba siempre impecable, con limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas, y no se escuchaba nada de las habitaciones contiguas, garantizando un descanso estupendo. Además, tanto la cama (muy cómoda) como la ducha (en un baño muy amplio) fueron fantásticas. El desayuno fue otro de los puntos fuertes. Aunque la base era similar cada día, la variedad era tan grande que, con un poco de imaginación, podías hacer combinaciones deliciosas. Tienen una máquina para hacer crepes con una masa riquísima y una gran selección de panes. Personalmente, me encantó el pan integral nutritivo con masa madre de centeno, cereales antiguos y semillas de lino y girasol. Por último, destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre encantador y recibiéndonos cada mañana con una gran sonrisa.

El hotel en general estaba bien, las camas ok y el check in rápido. Los empleados amorosos. La habitación en mi opinión no estaba lo debidamente limpia. Arriba del escritorio había un manojo enorme de pelos largos, y en las sabanas habia algunos pelos también. Me parece que algo se puede escapar, pero pelos en las sabanas es desagradable. Nos dejaron guardar las valijas ahí lo cual es un plus, y estaba bueno que haya café gratis para los huéspedes.

Solo pase una noche, pero me resultó comodísimo que estuviese pegado a la estación, ya que mi tren llegaba tarde y solo tuve que cruzar un semáforo hasta el hotel. Habitaciones con lo básico y bonitas. Dispone de check out rápido.

Hotel muy bien situado al lado de estación de tren y bus. A un paseo del centro por lo que se puede ir caminando mientras ves los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Aunque no tenía el check-in hasta las 15:00 pude dejar las maletas a las 12:00 ya en mi habitación.

La habitación fue espaciosa y limpia. El wifi funcionaba bien y el desayuno contaba con mucha variedad de opciones. Esta ubicado justo enfrente de la estación de tren y el subte, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Desde ahí se puede llegar al centro histórico en 3 paradas de subte.
