The hotel is more than 3 star. It has microwave, and kettle for us which other ibis that i stayed in Italy do not have. Good location too and near to a bus stop that u can take to Central train station within 3 stops

Ibis Styles Luzern City is well located and makes a very comfortable place to explore the city. Bus stops are just a few metres away and the free travel pass during our stay made getting around very easy. It was also easy to walk to the key locations in the old city.

The room is clean although we smelled some smoke from the vent in the room during our stay. Location is convenient and close to the Lake, which is about 13 min walk or 3 bus stops to the train station. We received free bus vouchers from the hotel when we checked in. Overall the experience is good.

Pleasant enough hotel. Staff friendly. Room basic but clean. Comfortable bed, very quiet. Had a balcony with table and chairs. Did not have breakfast. Fairly central location, so an easy walk around the town. Supermarket and cafes/restaurants nearby. Close to local public transport and about a 10-15 min walk to the main train station.

Stayed one night at this central hotel which was really good. Their breakfast was a pleasant positive experience with a large selection of food. Parking should be possible but was a bit difficult to understand. Price for parking seems fair. We are happy to return to this hotel again
