Convenient Location but Below Expectations for an Ibis Styles

The Ibis Styles Luzern has a very convenient location, close to major landmarks like the Löwendenkmal, Leodegar, and the Hofkirche, as well as a nearby market, making it easy to explore the city. However, the building feels a bit dated, and the rooms are quite small. Having stayed in other Ibis hotels, including standard ones, we found this "Styles" location to be less impressive than expected. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which enhanced the overall experience. It’s a decent option for its location, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and facilities.
