Niewielki hotel z dość ciasnymi pokojami zdecydowanie nadrabia jakością usług. Jest fantastycznie zlokalizowany, w cichej okolicy blisko metra i restauracji. Obsługa miła, śniadania wyśmienite.

The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and inviting. Any oddest request was fulfilled. Breakfast had plenty of choices, fresh, and very early. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone and when in Paris again, will absolutely look no where else. The staff truly makes a difference!

The previous review clearly doesn't know how to clean up after themselves... I found the hotel spotless! And after I ate in my room (I threw my trash away, plenty of bins around). My room was freshened up perfectly whilst we were out. Lovely comfy room and warm, welcoming staff. Not to mention the delicious breakfast! The fresh omelettes were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Blisko do Łuku Triumfalnego, Fundacji Louis Vuitton i ciekawych miejsc. Pokój czysty, przyjemny. Idealny na weekendowy pobyt w Paryżu. Na duży minus opłata gwarancyjna w wysokości 200 EUR, o której wcześniej nigdzie nie było wspomniane - np. podczas rezerwacji. Dodatkowo do dzisiaj nie otrzymałem zwrotu tej opłaty.

Very lazy house keeping staff!!

The costumer service is great but living in a place for several days, that I’d expect to be at my everyday standard of living.. isn’t adequate, the room service were very lazy in their workings 😅 I left a cup (that I’d been drinking from last night), I would have at least expected them to take it away (they didn’t). I finished a family sized packet of sweets last night (the empty bag was just left in the same place). I also had a takeaway box of food from yesterday (as the portion was humongous) as I didn’t feel like eating it, I put it in the bin.. when I got back to the room, I see the bed made but a dirty, empty glass .. my old box of food and an empty sweet packet. This is why I’ve rated so low!!
