Nicest Mercure Hotel I ever had. Boutique style, very professional and friendly staff. Nice location, just a bit of a walk to the next metro but calm. Very clean and stylish rooms. Breakfast perfect but the Nespresso machines are a bit slow to get your coffee and are not very sustainable. But all in one, I would come back with pleasure.

The hotel is very modern and the prices are suprisingly low. The front desk hive you Good service but not the extra I like AS an Platinum member. From there IT is Perfect. The breakfast is AS I expect and I have demands, the cleaning staff is above my expectations, hope they will Get a pay raise ;) IT is so clean and Nice rooms and fresh of course so I looked forward to a bath and then go into the separate shower. The bar and serving staff (room service) is very Good. Thank you for two stays and five great nights in your hotel. Looking forward to come back. Stian, Oslo

Ładne lobby, dobre śniadania, w miarę kontaktowi i kompetentni pracownicy. Pokoje wyjątkowo przeciętne. Pokój privilege wyglądał zupełnie standardowo, zastanawia mnie jakby wyglądał pokój standard, nie byłoby co tam odjąć, żeby normalnie funkcjonować.

Very good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Travelling around Paris was not best of places for Metro. Travelling by Bus was very good when correct bus stop found as Google Maps were very difficult to follow, and always meant asking public for directions. Breakfast expensive at €18

Our stay was comfortable, quiet and enjoyable. Your staff very hospitable and friendly. Ready to help. We had our best time. Breakfast meals were very good. I liked the security, swipe the key to the floor you are lodging. That is an excellent feature.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary in Paris and it was really important to us to have a great hotel. We loved our stay. The staff was great and the room was excellent. Unfortunately there were some issues with the balcony, but they offered discount for us for that. So we did not mind that we could not use the balcony. Other than that we were very happy!

From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. The hotel is very modern and the staff are very helpful. The lady who checked us in told us the best places to visit, the closest metros and gave so much info and advise on Paris which we thought was very nice! The room itself was amazing, the pictures represented them perfectly and I couldn't be happier. The bed was super comfy and very large was was nice! The TV had some English channels and easy to use. The shower was a dream, waterfall type which was powerful! Would definitely be staying again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!! Couldn't have had a better stay!

Nice location, convenient, very nice hotel, brand new, very clean, nice bathrooms, good bed. Team has been nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with a room big enough, not crowded. A nice hotel overall.

Beautiful new hotel in 17 Batignolles.Rooms were lovely even though one of them was on the small side. Service was excellent and very helpful. Away from the hustle and bustle but used uber to get to the attractions. Wouls recommend

A very modern and clean hotel. We had a privilege room with a balcony high above the street so traffic noise wasn't a problem. The room was very clean but a little tight on space. There was a wardrobe without any decent shelving but one case fitted in. Another case makes the room tighter for space but it's just being picky I suppose. There is no restaurant in this hotel but the breakfast on offer is very good. It's about 2 miles from the Eiffel tower and is a nice walk passing the Arc de triomphe.

Very good front office staff but very poor cleaning staff.

Very friendly staff at reception and helped as much as they could to offset the shortcomings of the cleaning staff which has been very poor throughout the stay. Rooms were not properly cleaned and there was a problem every day over the 3 days stay.

I stayed here for business and it was a great experience. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is a "continental plus" offering, and was good quality and made a good start to the day. The hotel is brand new, and the decor is fun and a little bit quirky. The hotel is not too far from major bus and train lines that go into the city centre in about 20 minutes (bus). There are some good restaurants and bakeries in the area. I'd particularly recommend the Italian restaurant across the street. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Paris.
