Excellent service and a reasonably comfortable stay

We stayed at this hotel for one night. To get to the hotel, we had to take a cable car. The rooms were basic, unfortunately there was no shower gel in 1 room and the hair dryers weren't working in both rooms. Breakfast was average and we struggled to find the breakfast area due to a lack of signposting. On a positive note, the staff were very very friendly and helpful. We had to take a different cable car route to come back down and we were extensively assisted by Mir (Anh), the bellman. We would have struggled without his help.
