过年期间入住人员很多，但是自助早餐环境给人感觉很混乱，菜品补充也不及时。

Due to the high occupancy, the environment may have felt crowded, and food replenishment did not meet our usual standards. Regarding your valuable suggestion about multilingual room service menus, we truly appreciate this feedback.
