Outstanding service !!, Exceptional check in service !!! The entire stay was great. The staff very helpful. Joyful attitude. I would recommend to friends and family. They also allowed early check in , because my long flight arrived early.

no so good as usual in other accor hotels. the people received me seemed not so simpathetic and not so found of helping foreing people in dealing with their difficulties. i do not recomend this hotel anymore.

It was a good and comfortable hotel to stay. I could easily reach both city center and airport with tram 10 that passes by the hotel. The only negative thing for me is that they don't give pass ticket to use in the city. But I would prefer this hotel again if I visit Zurich in the future.

the room was clean and staff in the front desk was accommodating and friendly. Hope they will install bidet spray in the bathroom, it was difficult for non-European like us to use the tissue paper every time we use the toilet. I understand European doesn't require bidet spray when using the toilet but at least in hotels it should be equip with bidet spray.

It was indeed and interesting getaway. The overall surroundings was very clean. Hotel staff is very attentive, informative and friendly. Conveniently located, for traveler with morning flight the next day (approx. 2 mins by tram). Definitely a recommendable place to stay.

This is a great place to stay if you are catching a plane into or from Zurich. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Located right next to the tram line enables qick access to the airport and Zurich itself. We were able to drop a hire car off and return to hotel. 2 stops

Over the last decade I have stayed in various hotels in Europe and Asia but have never once been insulted for my nationality.The intimidating behaviour of Amar who challenged that I should step out of the hotel and argue with him all night reminded of street fights.What a way to be treated on a family holiday.By the way I left my German telepone number but no one called to apologize so far.Rest wasall good.

The room smelled cigaret and we saw the man who "stole" us money last time we came because we parked on the private spaces during the check-in driving around the hotel to see if he could do it again. The hotel should advise the customers with a proper sign and at the check-in. Apart these small incoveniences the staff was perfect. And very helpful.

Very good hotel. Cleanand tidy. I requested a room overlooking the airport as i am an aviation enthusiast and got a room with a view so pleased with that. Breakfast was continental but had tea so I was happy.

Just as the name of the property states, this is a budget accomodation, which in Switzerland is in short supply. The hotel is simple but not dour, sparkling Swiss-clean but not lacking in warmth, and super-convenient (right in front of the Unterriet Tram Station and mere 3 minutes from the airport). The best of all, we stayed in our triple room for mere $67 a night, breakfast included. Whoever has traveled to Switzerland before knows how affordable this is.The room is indeed simple, being on the smaller side, but quite functional. The bed was good, and the unique loft setup to make the room trip was comfortable for a grown man (180 cm, 79 kg).The breakfast was good and started at 5 am, which served us well because we had to get to the airport early. Again, this is a budget accommodation. If you need some value-added extras or any kind of luxury and/or extra space, this place is not for you. But if all you want is a place to sleep without sacrificing such qualities as cleanliness, convenience and preserving the precious content of your wallet, this hotel should work. It did for us.

The hotel is close to the airport, with easy access to the local tram, that takes you in 5 min. to the airport and runs every 6 minutes. Unfortunately, as a Ibis Budget, the couch and the pillows are very thin, I had to ask for a second pillow for a minimum confort.

Our stay was a good value for money with excellent travel options (tram) close by. A bit noisy sometimes (planes landing / taking off). Very minimised toilet/bathroom facilities require some adaptation. Tasty breakfast.

You have 30+ TV Channels in GERMAN; FRENCH & ITALIAN - BUT NOT ONE TV CHANNEL IN ENGLISH - despite the fact that the hotel is situated NEXT TO an INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT taking direct flights from the UK !

Had a nice stay. Employees were very helpful. Rooms were nice just a smell of smoke in one of them. Just be careful not to park on the side of the hotel because we had troubles with someone who would not let us leave the spaces without us paying some money. It's a scam!
