Good hotel, a lot of Indians stay here, rooms are a bit old fashioned and run down, but justifies the price, check in checkout staff is untrained and dont know about much things.

The most filthy and dirty hotel

The most filthy and dirty hotel I have ever booked a room at in my life! I booked because I came to a job fair that was held in this hotel, but I DO NOT advise anyone to make the mistake of staying in this hotel! The duvet covers were dirty and I turned on the light to see how filthy and filthy they could be!!!! It was miserable!!. And when I say miserable please see the attached pictures!, the bathroom was filthy and the sanitary ware very old and dirty (see the pictures) the air conditioning vent was covered in dust and I think mold bacteria had already grown there (also see the pictures), the heat did not work... so something horror! This hotel should not be operating! It is unacceptable to let a hotel operate like this. I will also send the pictures to the health department in Zurich, and I am sure that measures should be taken to close this hotel!!! It is miserable!!! If I could give a minus grade I would, unfortunately I can't give a grade lower than 1 because the grades are from 1 to 5, but if I could I would give a minus 5.

CLOSE TO airport .they have shuttles to airport . big rooms but rooms need refurbishing . friendly staff . the breakfast was good .

Worst Customer Service

This is the worst Customer service and Hotel in Zurich . The rooms were dirty upon arrival - Check in is at 15:00 and we arrived at 18:00 and room was not ready. The next day the room was not cleaned and someone did the bed but layed down on it - the bed sheets were re used . The keys of our rooms didn’t worked so we had to go to the lobby several times . The staff in the reception was not friendly at all neither Customer centric oriented. In particular in the reception Adelaida and Mahmoud were truly aggressive with us, as if we had the fault of their incompetence.

Worst hotel ever

Everything in this room was dirty: carpet, night stands, worktable, vanity in the bathroom, cups and coffee maker, glasses. Had to use lysol disinfectant on Everything. Service at the restaurant was terrible and the food was inedible. I do not recommend this hotel, one of the worst hotels I stayed in.
