Wonderful hotel 5 min away from airport via Tram #10 and #12. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The bunk bed option worked well since we were traveling with our son. Friendly staff and nearby grocery options 1-2 tram stops away from hotel. Highly recommend!

Guys do avoid this hotel at any cost please. I checked in late evening and I expected basic thing like a microwave to heat my own food for the dinner. So I requested the person at the reception counter, he was so busy handling other people and it appeared he didn’t listen, I kept on standing there and then thank god he finally paid some attention and asked what do I want, I again requested for a oven and he told kitchen closed! I said am carrying ready to eat food and it requires an oven, to my shock he said person having keys has left! I again asked what to do now???? Somehow they said he can try to get the keys, thank god! Nothing happened and when I again checked with him, a lady came to me talking in high volume and told me “sir twice we had a fire in the oven” so can’t provide. I simply said to her as a guest is it really my problem??? Then they finally refused to provide and I still wonder whether the keys were missing or was it fire an issue????? A complete rude behaviour and horrible behaviour I ever seen. Coming to the room, a super compact with NO locks either shower box or toilet box!!! 😬😬😬😬 Price is no less for this so called budget hotel, better to get another one paying few extra bucks. I will completely avoid this pathetic place on my next visit.

Had my summer break at swiss with my family. Strategic place to go out and about. Efficient and clean. Near to airport. Great hospitality . Friendly receptionist. Had a place to put your luggage before check in time.Foods great. Will stay here again in the future.

The location is very near to the airport and easily accessible by the tram. All the receptionist staffs are kind and so nice. One of them name Abigail is the sweetest, she accommodate to our request and answer my questions very patiently. I will definitely book this place if I visit Switzerland again next time

Very accessible from the airport and tram

30min away from Zurich HB, use google maps to get tram directions, 1min to and from Tram station. Very nice breakfast, clean towels, warm water and quiet rooms. We arrived early and they gave us a place to leave our bags until check in. We spent the day touring Zurich instead.
