While all rooms are checked and ventilated daily using professional cleaning products, we understand that the wear of certain facilities may have affected your overall impression. We’re also sorry to hear that the room layout and kitchenette did not provide the comfort and space you were hoping for. Our studio apartments are designed to be compact and practical, but we understand they may not always meet all guests' needs — especially when it comes to dining and relaxation. Please rest assured that your feedback has been taken into careful consideration. Major renovation work is already planned and will include changes such as opening up the kitchen area to create more spacious and functional living spaces. These upgrades aim to significantly enhance the quality and comfort of our accommodations and are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. For future stays, we recommend booking one of our Family Apartments, which include a separate bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, and a large dining table — ideal for guests seeking more room and flexibility. The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, though it’s a bit far from the city center. The surrounding area is not very pleasant — rather dirty and not ideal for an evening walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, which was much appreciated. However, the apartment itself was quite disappointing. The rooms are old and not very clean — the sheets and walls felt neglected. The kitchen is very small and not very functional, and the bathroom also needed better cleaning. Overall, a somewhat disappointing experience, although the kindness of the staff was a definite positive.
