This hotel offers a basic standard. Nothing fancy here. Its clean. Good location right by the metro Line or a 15 minuts walk to town. Friendly staff. Breakfast is a small Continental buffet. Good wifi. AND...... you get a small kitchen (fridge) in your room ;) Great value choice.

Worst hotel ever DON’T BOOK

I struggle to find anything positive to say about this hotel. The receptionist who checked us in was nice and the breakfast was adequate for 9€pp extra. The area: it’s in a rough area of the city we didn’t feel safe walking the 20 min walk back from the city after dark. There is a metro station next door ( one of the reasons we booked ) lots of big groups of youths hanging around . Blood splattered pathways did nothing to reassure us it was safe. The hotel room: black mould on walls dirty, damaged carpet , dark, just horrible (the only reason we stayed was we were attending an event in the city the next day. ) I can see why they take payment up front ! The attached photos don’t show just how bad it was. The pool : yuck ! There is a scum mark around the water line that shows the pool hasn’t been cleaned properly for months, frankly I wouldn’t let my dog swim in there let alone myself The lift: if I were religious I would have prayed every time I got in it . It groaned and blinked and sometimes went to the totally wrong floor Checkout: we had paid upfront ( payment was actually taken twice by the hotel, I appreciate these things can happen ) but the receptionist on checkout attempted to take a third payment despite my having the receipt, also tried to charge us for 4 breakfasts for 2 of us. She then complained when I paid cash not card. In short don’t stay here it’s awful !

Only good location. Metrô station very close. The Room is too small for a flat and bathroom smaller still. It is not very clean and acoustic seal is also bad. It was the worst hotel in the Accor chain I stayed.

I stayed here partially due to having a pool and it's value. Unfortunately the weather meant the pool wasn't open and it is fairly good value as the location is outside the city centre but right next to the metro station. However, I've stayed in other budget hotels that were much better appointed. The bathroom was tiny but also smelt badly. There must be a drainage problem that no one has sorted out. The room also stank of cigarettes. Of course this may be the previous occupant but it smelt like it'd been there a while and again nothing has been done about it. Work for improvement

zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede ligging naast de uitgang van het metrostation . Op enkele kleine beschadigingen na een mooie kamer met toch enkele opmerkingen. Negatief was het ontbreken van een nachttafeltje aan één zijde van het bed en het ontbreken van een lichtschakelaar aan bed.
