Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location and enjoyed the studio itself. We are nevertheless very sorry that the high temperatures made your 4-night stay uncomfortable. We fully understand that sleeping in a very warm room can be difficult, particularly during periods of extreme heat. Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that air conditioning is not mentioned among the amenities provided in our accommodation. Our studios are therefore not equipped with air conditioning. Each accommodation is provided with a mobile fan to offer some relief during warmer periods. We are sorry that the initial fan did not provide sufficient comfort and that you had to wait 2 days to receive a more powerful one. We are also sorry that you felt insufficiently supported during this particularly warm period. Regarding the additional towels, we would however like to clarify that an additional towel change does not cost 20 euros, as mentioned in your review, but 5 euros. Regarding housekeeping, our terms and conditions provide for weekly housekeeping for stays of 8 nights or more. As your stay lasted 4 days, a weekly housekeeping service was therefore not included. We do, however, offer additional housekeeping services on request for guests who would like more frequent cleaning or a change of linen during their stay. Your feedback is important to us, and we will share your remarks with the relevant teams so that we can remain attentive to the comfort of our guests during periods of high temperatures. We regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under more comfortable conditions and provide you with a more enjoyable experience. Wij zijn een koppel V. 73/75 jaar. Hitte in studio was gezien onze leeftijd gevaarlijk. Moesten zelf oplossingen verzinnen om te koelen. Een goede blower is vereist. Na 2 dagen gekregen. De vraag voor extra handdoeken ivm douchen om te koelen, was niet mogelijk tenzij wij 20 euro betaalden. Wij verbleven 4 dagen in studio. Ook beddengoed was elke nacht gewoon nat. Een schoon laken had verblijf wat verbetert. Begrip vanuit hotel.
