وصلت الى هذه المدينة الساحرة وكان المقصد زيارة عابرة لكن قررت المبيت وكوني اخد اعضاء اكور كان الفندق قريب مني دخلت ولم اجد احد في مكتب الاستقبال وبعد الاستدعاء تقدمت سيدة اعتقد انها مديرة المكاتب الامامية اعتقد اسمها مريانا او قريب من هذا الاسم اعتقد انها تحمل الجنسية الإيطالية اخبرتها انني اريد حجز تعذرت بعدم وجود الجواز الاصلي بحوزتي اجريت حجز من تطبيق الاكور وصل عندها الحجز بعدها تغيرت طريقة كلامها بكلام مهذب لاني احد اعضاء اكور المميزين سوف تقوم بترقية الحجز الى جناح ولكن يجب الانتظار الى موعد الدخول الساعة 3 انتظرت ساعة او تزيد وبعدما تقدمت لها قالت نحتاج الى نصف ساعة انتظرت وبعدها تقدمت لها وقالت احتاج الى نصف ساعة اخرى وبعدها اغلقت باب المكتب بوجهي قمت بالغاء الحجز والخروج من هذه المدينة الساحرة بحسرة بسبب التعامل الغير جيد فيما اعتقد انها ندمت على منحي الترقية فكانت سياسية التطفيش من اجل الخروج من الفندق وربما انها العنصرية لا اعلم الاسباب لكن اعتقد انها كانت سيئة التعامل مع مزاجية

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Mercure hotel! Hjälpsam och vänlig personal, fräscht och bra läge nära till allt. Personalen gjorde att vi kände oss så välkomna och var villiga att hjälpa till om det behövdes. Frukosten var god och goda drinkar!

Hotel in discreta posizione, speravo più vicino rispetto alle attrazioni della città a cominciare dal Pier. Appena entrati sembra di essere fermi agli anni 70! Stanza abbastanza confortevole ma bagno veramente minuscolo, forse troppo. Peccato anche che l’ascensore ai piani si ferma prima di una rampa di scale piccola e stretta che rende molto scomodo raggiungere la stanza se in possesso di valigie.
