This hotel was in an excellent location in Bingley for the work we were undertaking locally. It lies between Keighley & Bradford making this very accessible. It was good value for money compared to other hotels/accommodation in the local area.

Never again appalled with this hotel Room had no cold water tap working. Was offered to move but too much hassle Ordered room service at 9.pm waited till 10.15 went to reception and was told they recieved order too late and kitchen was closed at 9.15am Asked for more coffee and milk was told only 4 sachets of milk left Came here for a rest after losing husband never again

Amin is a pure gentleman. Very welcoming and nice to talk to. Pours a great pint of Stella. I regularly stay in this hotel due to work and I must say I have never had a bad experience. All staff are lovely and welcoming. Amin pours the best pint though

Excellent room spotlessly clean staff at reception were friendly and efficient especially the indian gentleman reflecting my loyalty would recommend the hotel. The hotel lives up to thr brand standards and will definitely return again very soon

Great service by the team at Mercure especially Rudi she was a fantastic face and lovely face to wake up to on a breakfast. The hotel is place in a really nice location giving you easy access to Bradford city and neighbouring towns like Skipton and Keighley. And as I said earlier the breakfast was beautiful ❤️
