We stayed at The Mercure Swansea for the New Year's Eve dinner/disco over night stay and breakfast included it was excellent the 4 course meal was outstanding, disco excellent and the stay was brilliant comfy bed/ room and breakfast superb really didn't want to leave highly recommend the wonderful stay and friendly staff.Thank You all we loved it.

The event was a Christmas Lunch for members of the Historical Association, Swansea Branch. The Christmas Lunch was excellent. It's so nice to have a real turkey rather than turkey roll which seems usual these days. All the staff were, as always, very friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, which is the same comment as I would make after each visit I have there. The booking procedure, which was done centrally, was also made very easy from the word go and we got exactly what we wanted with no exceptions. The hotel is situated in pleasant surroundings with ample free parking on the outskirts of Swansea so it is easy to find it and get there. I have no reservations about recommending the Mercure Hotel in Swansea. Thank you, Mecure, for another wonderful experience.

Just been to the festive afternoon tea beautiful food in lovely surroundings. What made it extra special was the marvellous lady who served us and really couldn’t do enough for us, bringing extra vegetarian sandwiches and making sure we were supplied with plenty of tea. We weren’t rushed at all and could take our time. Highly recommend and thank you

We stayed this weekend and found this hotel welcoming. All staff were happy, the fire in the wall, beautiful Christmas tree, Santa grotto, comfortsble beds, soft sheets & good breaskfast. The location was good too, not far from shops and 15 minutes into Swansea.
