Nos disculpamos sinceramente por el inconveniente que experimentó al no recibir la toalla de baño extra solicitada. Entendemos lo importante que es contar con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y su comentario nos recuerda la importancia de la atención a los detalles. Además, pedimos disculpas por los problemas que enfrentó con el sistema de calefacción en su habitación.
