Plenty of on site parking. On arrival the check in was easy and quick. The room was spotless clean. I have food allergies and the waitress went back and forth taking to the chef to advise what I could eat. Dinner was very nice. Few odd things about the room, there was only three double plug sockets one for the kettle and hairdryer in the lobby of the room. One for the tv which was behind it and one more on the desk. None by the bed. There was a stand up light but no way to plug it in? ( no plug sockets ) The tv was unplugged on arrival, I tuned it in but found no channels? It was an old Ariel tv, maybe a more modern upgrade is needed to keep up with competition? Thankfully I had my laptop with a lead long enough to reach from the power point the other side of the room!

Hi Annas679, Thank you for your feedback further to your recent stay, and great to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay with us. On the point of plug sockets there are actually sockets by the bed, but when the rooms were redone they put a bedside shelf directly above the plug socket, so unless you literally get on your hands and knees you won't see the socket. We are working on a solution to this in terms of some sort of signage saying power point below shelf. Best regards Ian

Really nice hotel clean and staff very friendly especially niall who was a total gentleman he even offered to help take my luggage upstairs which has bver happened before from a receptionist really went out of his way to help us exceptional service thanks for a stress free Stay

We needed a base to visit our son. The hotel was clean and comfortable with an upgraded bar area. The corridors need a lighter repaint! The privilege room was clean quiet and I think the room had been refreshed, though the bathroom was older. Mattress was fine if a little less n the hard side. Free parking! Breakfast was fine, nothing special and the coffee was from a machine. What makes it a definite return is the staff who were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly too!

This hotel was was amazing to stay at yes it could do with a fresh lick of paint you can tell the room was freshly cleaned for my stay and some updates need doing like the bathroom but the bed was comfy the staff was great minus the young guy on the front desk I beleieve his name was nyle all he said to me was (name). the bar staff was very friendly especially Andrea lovely women I didnt have food but the service I had was great... In the morning all i could see was rooms being cleaned to the standards that people expect them to be

I did not arrive until 0200 due to the nature of my business, check in was fast and hassle free. The room was clean, to a higher than average standard (I travel a lot), comfortable, and i slept very well. I stayed 2 days, food was great. Would recommend to all visiting Swansea for business or other.
