Breakfast was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care. Every bite showed the quality and attention that went into it, making it a really enjoyable experience. The service was just as impressive friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Linda truly made sure everything was perfect, checking in at the right moments and ensuring nothing was missed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made the whole visit even better. It’s clear pride is taken in both the food and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great breakfast. 👌🏾

My wife and myself attended their New Years Eve debacle. I have emailed bot a CEO and the General Manager, not even the common courtesy of an acknowledgement.

I needed a last minute and late check in due to a car breakdown nearby while travelling towards hull. I booked online and turned up after 8pm . The reception staff booked me in and showed me to my room. The room itself was very good. A nice big bed and a bath that I could actually lay down in, which for someone at 6ft 4 inch is a rare thing. The restaurant/breakfast ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. I woke early and hung around the bar area, but Linda showed me where the coffee machine was and we chatted away which was a nice change as a lot of hotel staff don't usually give you the time of day. She was a lovely lady and a credit to the hotel. Big thanks for being such a nice person. Also a shout out to Nicola who helped me get my breakfast and another coffee. The selection of cold options were really good, and the hot breakfast was lovely. Tasty and filling. A very nice relaxed feeling in the breakfast area. I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.

With family for Christmas Day Lunch and overnight stay yesterday. Eleven of us, including children, teenagers, and 2 small dogs. Christmas Lunch was extremely well organised, with welcome drinks and coffee/tea and mince pies afterwards. The food at lunch was very good and we were impressed, especially given the number of people dining. Our rooms were clean and available for us to unload our stuff before we sat down to eat. What made this family get together so successful were the wonderful staff on duty. Particular mention must go to Lucy, Front Office Manager, who was extremely patient and efficient sorting out our various rooms and ensuring we had a space to gather for drinks and gift exchanges. She is an absolute star! We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always enjoyed excellent service. Credit must be given to the management. Thanks to all the staff on duty for a relaxed, comfortable, memorable stay this Christmas!
