Stayed for 1 night as we had an event at the arena. First impressions were good modern clean and a friendly receptionist. Parked in the multi storey next to the hotel they validate your ticket so you pay £10 for a 24hr stay. Free tea coffee machine in reception which made nice coffee latte. Room was on 4th floor was clean with king-size comfy bed and was very quiet so slept well. Location is 2min walk from arena and Merrion shopping centre next door. Plenty of food places on your doorstep too! Booked bed and breakfast basis but felt the breakfast let it down. Clean dinning room but the food is very basic toaster didn't work properly the milk wasn't cold and they ran out of orange juice! Only a dish of plain yoghurt no flavoured one.. Hot buffet was very overcooked bacon and dry sausage sloppy scrambled egg a few hash browns half fresh tomatoes that weren't even cooked and cold beans! The choice was poor and not great quality. Would stay at this hotel but on room only as it wasn't worth the £10 each.

Excellent, especially if you can go when the price is low

Stayed here for one night when the price was £59. Checking the price of hotels regularly, I note that it can go as high as £250. I guess it depends on whether anything is going on at the arena. It is a very stylish and modern hotel, with fresh decor. Really nice room, with everything you need. Didn’t have the breakfast. Excellent restaurant attached. Parking is a few minutes walk away - you can get a discount through the hotel. Really loved that there is a hot drink machine in the lobby where you can help yourself any time to tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a very central location, where you can walk to everything. Staff at check in/out were very pleasant and the room was very clean and modern. The only negative was one minor thing, the fruit juices served at breakfast were diluted down to such a degree that the fresh orange tasted like over diluted cordial, it was a mostly water, other than that breakfast was pretty good.

Previously stayed here for business a couple of times and had recommended it to colleagues. Wouldn’t do again, as per other reviews hotel doesn’t seem to be keeping up with maintenance. Was here for 4 nights and was given the smallest room (in comparison to other stays where the rooms were large), stained carpet and broken fixtures included. Had an awful rock hard mattress, and housekeeping also poor failed to leave me toilet roll etc daily. Breakfast also really poor with stale bread, and poor quality items. Wouldn’t recommend again

Good location and clean room, the restaurant downstairs was also exceptional. Toilet seat was hanging off, the rollers were broken on shower door and the curtains were not blackout so room was very light. Basic room maintenance could be higher at this price.
