This hotel is right near the train centre and near most amenities. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The room was clean and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, TV, WiFi, towels, toiletries and was very warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel, thanks to all the staff sorry I did not get all your names.

Location, Only few mins walk from the train station and there's a wetherspoons 2mins away Room, Not great. Bathroom was grubby. The bathroom door has a large gap underneath so no real privacy. Hand soap dispenser didn't work. Toilet had to be flushed repeatedly to get it to work. Only 1 plug in the room other than the tv Value, It's cheap , so if that's the criteria you want then it fits the bill

I stayed here for one night and thought it was great. The location is convenient if arriving by train since only a 5 minute walk from the train station. All the staff were really friendly and efficient. The room was a standard Ibis room and was comfortable. It overlooked the back of the hotel so was very quiet. I ate in their restaurant in the evening and I felt the menu was good with plenty of choice and the food was tasty. I also felt the prices were reasonable for a hotel. Overall, I liked this hotel and would recommend.

Modern hotel ideally situated for transport interchange and shops

Good modern hotel in close to city centre and ideally situated for anyone arriving by public transport, tha main station ind interchange is only a 5 minute walk away. Not sure about the car parking situation. The hotel itself is a tytpical chain hotel, the room here was very clean, spacious and with a modular bathroom with spacious shower. the area is undergoing some redevelopment in fairly close proximity but on this visit there was no inconvenience other than some road works a few hundred yards away. The hotel is on a road junction and a ground floor room did not suffer any quantity of noise intrusion which I had initially expected.

We booked this hotel as it was closed to where the graduation ceremony for Hull University was being held. What a mistake. The hotel is severely in need of knocking down, a refurb, fumigation or all of the above! Staff were very pleasant on reception but this didn't get away from this place being an absolute hell hole. The entire hotel smells rancid. There are stains throughout on carpets, walls and ceilings. The room we were in was an embarrassment. Old, smelly, dirty and falling apart. Do not stay here. We took one look at the room and made the decision that we would rather drive the 7 hours home that night than stay there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In actual fact avoid Hull at all costs, unless you want dodgy fags, drugs, have a thing for inhaling Nitrous Oxide via a balloon or fancy joining the many street drinkers for a tipple. The City Centre appeared lawless, I won't be back.
