What a nice suprise.

I needed a last minute and late check in due to a car breakdown nearby while travelling towards hull. I booked online and turned up after 8pm . The reception staff booked me in and showed me to my room. The room itself was very good. A nice big bed and a bath that I could actually lay down in, which for someone at 6ft 4 inch is a rare thing. The restaurant/breakfast ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. I woke early and hung around the bar area, but Linda showed me where the coffee machine was and we chatted away which was a nice change as a lot of hotel staff don't usually give you the time of day. She was a lovely lady and a credit to the hotel. Big thanks for being such a nice person. Also a shout out to Nicola who helped me get my breakfast and another coffee. The selection of cold options were really good, and the hot breakfast was lovely. Tasty and filling. A very nice relaxed feeling in the breakfast area. I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.

With family for Christmas Day Lunch and overnight stay yesterday. Eleven of us, including children, teenagers, and 2 small dogs. Christmas Lunch was extremely well organised, with welcome drinks and coffee/tea and mince pies afterwards. The food at lunch was very good and we were impressed, especially given the number of people dining. Our rooms were clean and available for us to unload our stuff before we sat down to eat. What made this family get together so successful were the wonderful staff on duty. Particular mention must go to Lucy, Front Office Manager, who was extremely patient and efficient sorting out our various rooms and ensuring we had a space to gather for drinks and gift exchanges. She is an absolute star! We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always enjoyed excellent service. Credit must be given to the management. Thanks to all the staff on duty for a relaxed, comfortable, memorable stay this Christmas!

We've just returned from an overnight stay with family celebrating Christmas Day. We had a wonderful time. Lucy and all staff were very helpful and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. A really comfortable night sleep, lovely food and an added bonus was that we could take our family dogs. Fantastic price on the family room too.

Unica cosa positiva palestra ma aperta a tutti! Camere sporche, porte vecchie e rovinate Solo 2 asciugamani in bagno Wifi per 1 ora non ha funzionato Ristorante niente di speciale, pochi piatti Albergo essenziale
