Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good sized twin beds, cosy bedding & pillows. Bathroom large & plenty of hot water. Quiet area. Easy walk into City & train station. Easy access to bus. Very satisfied with our stay & would recommend.

We stayed at the recently refurbished Ibis Styles York on Friday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel looks fresh, modern, and very well presented following the refurbishment — a great job has clearly been done throughout. The team were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, which really made our stay enjoyable. The hospitality was splendid, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well thought out. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others visiting York.

Very nice hotel - clean and modern! Definitely would stay again! Our room however was like a maze to find, round lots of corners and up and down stairs - struggled with a large heavy suitcase. The room itself was immaculate just on the small side however had everything we needed and was very very clean so couldn’t fault anything! Staff very nice and attentive - lovely hotel bar too.

Camera rinnovata piccola ma carina e posizione hotel molto buona. Manca sistema di riscaldamento in bagno che rimane freddo e umido . La temperatura in camera al ns rientro sera era di ca 15 gradi . Il riscaldamento nella stanza è fornito da uno split con pompa di calore che doveva essere settato a 30 gradi per averne ca 19/20 al mattino successivo . Ridicolo in particolare per un hotel recentemente rinnovato . Asciugamani in bagno piccoli non forniti e pulizia in bagno da migliorare.

Arrivés de nuit nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l’hôtel car l’enseigne est peu visible ! La première chambre attribuée ce soir là était MINUSCULE au 3 ème étage ( sa salle d’eau était pratiquement aussi grande …😡) Il faut dire que les courses de chevaux étaient en cours du mercredi au samedi …l’hôtel était donc plein ! Le lendemain le responsable nous a trouvé une chambre parfaite au 1 er étage :118 car nous restions à York une semaine complète!merci beaucoup ! Propre , grande , bonne literie… Le personnel dans son ensemble est très professionnel et très aimable Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet ( on peut demander œuf au plat , réchauffer les Pancakes …) le petit bémol les fromages : racornis en lamelles et bcp trop fort le « Brie »… En ce qui concerne le parking , non disponible à ce moment Là à l’hôtel , nous avons garer la voiture au Nunnery Lane car Park à 5 minutes à pied ! Un IBIS Style tout à fait correct ! Je recommande !
