Best hotel we have stayed at spotless and no dog charge

Stayed in numerous hotels throughout out England and Wales and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. It was spotless free hot drinks available in the foyer and water. We always have to pay for our Chiuahua and pay a deposit but here dogs go free!!!! The rooms have the best size tvs we have seen in a hotel room, they have a bottle opener on the wall and funny Yorkshire sayings on the walls. Plenty to choose from at breakfast, though the porridge I never got the chance to try as it just looked like milk and nothing else. The car park is next door to the hotel and if you put your vehicle registration in at reception the car parking is £10 instead of £20. The arena is only over the road along with a large Wetherspoons, there are numerous take aways and a Greg's on the street. Leeds Christmas market is only down the road. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for a mum and her two adult children. We will be back

Camera tropo piccola, non accettabile metere solo un asciugamano a disposizione del cliente, è una mancanza di higiene personale.

Per un tre stelle inglese è eccellente. Stanze e bagni pulitissimi. Colazione ottima per gli standard inglesi, con tanto di pane e nutella in stile italiano, e cornetti buoni. Reception gentile e disponibile. Prezzo conveniente.

ottimi interni. comodo per chi deve restare in centro città. nel nostro caso, avendo affittato un'auto abbiamo trovato scomodo l'accesso all'hotel tramite il parcheggio comunale. Colazione nello stile IBIS

Non so in quanti vanno a Leeds per turismo, ma sicuramente la città è meta di viaggi per business. E quindi il cliente si aspetta una maggior competenza da parte del personale addetto alla reception. Ad esempio, non è possibile dover stampare una fattura 3 volte prima che sia quella corretta (capitato a me e anche a colleghi). E non è possibile che le informazioni date alla reception la sera non vengano passate a chi è di turno la mattina dopo. Penso sia indispensabile un maggior affiancamento degli stagisti da parte dei senior. Peccato, perchè l'hotel è carino, pulito e confortevole. Nonostante sia in centro la camera è silenziosa. Colazione OK
