What I like most about this hotel is the staff who were unfailingly kind and helpful - special shout out to Sheila, Kim and Ben who did a great job of looking after us. It is a little tired in places but it is clean and comfortable and good value for money.

Lovely hotel. Good location and great staff..Recommended.

A lovely hotel with v good facilities and clean rooms but was made it so special was the lovely staff who were all so welcoming. In particular Irene running the bar the night we were there. Very professional . Very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay there extra special. I will certainly be going back. Thank you

Christmas party night so disappointing the food was appalling and the service was too . The quality of the food left a lot to be desired the presentation was extremely poor .The service was chaotic and unorganised .Will be contacting hotel directly to complain

My friend and I went for festive afternoon tea. Everything was fresh, tasty and well presented. Well done to Irene our waitress she was amazing, also it was extremely good value. nothing was to much trouble , a very good experience all round.

Today we had afternoon tea at the hotel as a girls family day out. The experience was wonderful but the service from Irene made it that whole lot better, she was smiley, friendly and nothing was too much to ask of her. Irene really is a credit to the hotel.
