The meal was perfectly planned to appeal to the youth on our trip. Our group was large and famished after a long day of travel. Everyone rushed the meal line and they were good at trying to replinish as quickly as possible. Martin, James, Lily and Sofia were attentive and friendly.

The hotel was fine and very well placed and convenient for the motorway. The service in the restaurant was very good and Lucy looked after us very well. Everyone tried to be helpful in the hotel and you could not fault the service or assistance of all the staff.

Lovely atmosphere and we were looked after really well by the waitress lily fantastic serviceshe was very polite, well mannered and couldn't do enough for us had a brilliant stay will definitely be back in the future anytime we need a place to stay in haydock
